● Explore how narratives like the Crone and Queen archetypes can offer an empowering
perspective.
● Address societal stigma and its impact on clients’ self-perception.
● Connecting identity formation between Menarche, Matrescence, and Menopause.
3. Apply Somatic and Mind-Body Strategies in Therapy
● Introduce simple mindfulness, breathwork, and movement-based techniques to
support regulation.
● Learn how interoception can help clients navigate bodily changes.
● Identify specific interventions to support symptom relief and improve mood, self esteem
and energy.
