Transformational Leadership: Development of Self and Others through Empowerment and Collaboration
October 14-16, 2016 at the University of St. Thomas
We are excited to announce that registration is open for the American Counseling Association Midwest Region’s Leadership Institute! The Leadership Institute provides an opportunity for leaders and merging leaders around our region to come together to learn more about leadership growth and development.
Attendees can select from 16 different sessions and attend the sessions most relevant to their needs. We asked you -our branch leaders- what sessions you were interested in and all sessions will be geared towards your stated interests with an eye to practical, easily applied information and resources. Attendees will also have plenty of opportunities to network and learn more about various successful branch and leadership initiatives.
The theme of our institute is, Transformational Leadership: Development of Self and Others through Empowerment and Collaboration. Our interactive keynote session will focus on integrating mindfulness into one’s leadership approach.
We are looking forward to seeing you all in Minneapolis in October!
Thank you to all those who supported the success of the 2015 Annual Conference!
